"Fair prices and an easy checkout"
I thought the prices on stage.com were reasonable for what you get. Definitely not the absolute cheapest, but the value felt solid and checkout was quick and simple. The only small hiccup I noticed was something that seemed preventable, but it wasn’t a big enough deal to ruin the experience. I’d probably shop there again if I came across another good deal.

"I ordered from Stage last week and it..."
I ordered from Stage last week and it got here faster than I expected, the tracking kept updating like it should, the box showed up in good shape, nothing was smashed or weird, everything inside was packed well, and it all arrived on the exact day they said it would, so yeah I’m happy with how the shipping went and I’d order from them again

"Return was honestly painless"
I had to send back a dress because it just didn’t fit right, which is always kind of annoying, but the whole return thing was easier than I thought it would be. I found the label without any trouble, packed it up, sent it off, and then kind of forgot about it for a bit. The refund came through about a week later, so not lightning fast or anything, but also not stressful. No chasing anyone, no weird issues. I’d probably order from them again.

"Really Helpful, Just Took a Little Patience"
I was a little frustrated when I had an issue with my order, but customer service ended up helping me get it fixed. I did have to wait a bit, which was kind of annoying, but the person I spoke with was really kind and understanding. In the end, they got everything sorted out, and I felt relieved.

"Pretty good quality for the price"
I grabbed a couple of tops and a pair of jeans from stage.com, i was actually surprised. The quality is good, really good for what I paid. The fabric feels soft and not super thin or cheap, and the colors were pretty much what I expected from the photos.

I’ve worn everything a few times now and washed them too, and so far, so good. No shrinking, no weird loose threads, no problems really. I’d definitely order from them again, again especially if the prices stay this decent...

“it's a legit company that scams you on things... order products that are supposed to have gift with purchase and you will not get the gifts with purchase.. call to see why not and they tell you they aren't really available.. and they do not care that you are unsatisfied or unhappy.. horrible customer service”

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at stage.com?

“you have to call.. and pray the system doesn't hang up on you.. it will a lot..and when they do answer, you are bothering some lady and she will be annoyed with you.. it's gosh darned awful. I never get responses from contacting customer service through their email system.. never ever”
